Terms of Service

Perigee routes your API requests to third-party model providers and settles them using CREDIT, a token that represents a dollar of Orbio inference. Perigee is a software gateway and a treasury manager. It is not a bank, a broker, an exchange, an investment adviser, or a custodian of last resort, and it does not offer any of those services.

You must be able to form a binding contract and must not be barred from using the Service under applicable law or sanctions. Your API key is your credential and your login; you are responsible for keeping it secret and for all activity under your workspace. Trusted wallets and, where offered, recovery contacts are the only supported ways to regain access. We cannot recover a workspace that has lost its key and has no trusted wallet.

Funding is by on-chain deposit on Robinhood Chain (chain id 4663) only. Assets sent on any other network, or assets other than USDG, ETH, CREDIT, and ORBIO, cannot be recovered. CREDIT is a promotional grant of product access; it is not money, not a deposit, not a security, and not redeemable for cash by Perigee. Activating CREDIT into your API lane is irreversible: activated balance can never be converted back to cash or withdrawn.

Your workspace may buy and sell unactivated CREDIT and stake deposited ORBIO under rules you set. Prices are set by third-party markets and move; automation executes within bounds you configure and can incur losses. USDG, unactivated CREDIT, and ORBIO withdrawals are available only to wallets you verify by signature, only after your workspace passes an operator review, and are subject to holding periods, minimums, caps, and approval thresholds described in the product. We may pause, freeze, or decline withdrawals where required by law, to investigate suspected fraud or disputes, or to manage liquidity.

You may not use the Service to break the law, to infringe others’ rights, to generate content prohibited by the underlying model providers’ policies, to evade sanctions or launder value, to attack or overload the Service, or to resell access in violation of the model providers’ terms. You are responsible for your prompts, your outputs, and your end users.

Usage is billed against your prepaid balance at the acquisition cost of the CREDIT that funds it, plus exact on-chain gas and any processing fees disclosed in the product. There are no hidden markups under at-cost pricing. Balances are prepaid; when a balance reaches zero, requests are declined.

The Service depends on Orbio, on model providers, on Robinhood Chain, and on other infrastructure we do not control. Your requests and their contents are transmitted to those providers to be fulfilled. Outages, price moves, policy changes, or termination by any of them can interrupt or end the Service, and we are not liable for their acts or omissions.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any price, discount, or yield will be achieved.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Perigee and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost value, or lost data. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the fees you paid for the Service in the ninety days before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply to the fullest extent permitted.

You agree to indemnify Perigee against claims arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these terms. We may change the Service or these terms; material changes will be posted here with an updated date. We may suspend or terminate a workspace that violates these terms or applicable law. You may stop using the Service at any time; withdrawal terms continue to apply to any balance you hold.
